Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Ground Beef (Mince)
  • 5 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Crushed Chili (Optional)
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Salt or To Taste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Water As Required
  • Coriander
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 1 Coal & 1 tsp oil for smoke

Directions:

In wok, add ground beef (mince), ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red crushed chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder, half garam masala (keep half for later use), half cup water, mix it and cook until simmer.

Add tomatoes, onion and cook until tomato is soft (almost 10 minutes)

Add yogurt, oil, reaming garam masala and cook for 15 minutes until leaves

Now take put coal on stove until it’s burning red

Make a small bowl with aluminium foil or use small steel bowl and pul in center of the wok.

Add coriander and green chilies

Put burning cola in foil bowl and pour 1/2 tsp oil, cover it and smoke it for 5 minutes.
