In wok, add cumin seeds, black pepper, onions and fry until translucent
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilies, dry fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, water and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add split chickpea (boiled) and steam cook for 10 minutes.
Add bitter gourd and cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
