• 12 Small Potatoes (Boiled)
  • 5 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • Water As Required
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Coriander (Crushed/Roasted)
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Pinch Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • 1 Medium Onion


First prepare quoting, in bowl, add 1/3 (of 1 tbsp) red chili powder, 1/2 ( of 1 tbsp) dried fenugreek leaves, salt, baking soda and mix it.

Add water gradually and make batter.

Tip: batter should be little thick and there should be no lungs.

In another bowl, add boiled potatoes, remaining dried fenugreek leaves and mash it with masher or fork. (Mash it roughly, do not make smooth)

Add salt, red crushed chili, remaining red chili powder, roasted & crushed dry coriander, green chilies and mix it well. (you can check the salt or pepper if you feel then you can add more)

To make chicken cutlets, make a ball out of the mixture, flatten it on your palm

Heat oil in wok

Dip cutlet into batter mixture and fry until golden brown color

Serve hot.
