Matar Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Ghee 3 Tbsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) 2 Medium
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Large
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 3-4
  • Mix Garam Masala (Whole) 1 Tsp
  • Chicken (Mix Cut) 1 Kg
  • Adrak Lehsan Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste or 2 Tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Kashmiri Red Chili) 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  • Haldi (Turmeric Powder) 1/2 Tsp
  • Zeera Powder (Cumin Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Matar (Pea) 1 Cup
  • Pani (Water) 2 Cups
  • Dhania/ Hari Mirch
  • (Coriander/ Green Chili) 1 Handful/ 1-2
