Gajrela Recipe - Gajar Ki Kheer
- Doodh (Milk) 3 Litre
- Basmati Rice 1-1/2 Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) 4
- Badam, Kishmish, Pista (Mix Nuts) To Taste
- Milk Powder 4 Tbsp
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1-1/2 Cup
- Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder) 1 Tsp
In cooking pot, add 3 litre milk, soaked rice (mashed with hands), shredded carrot and cook for half hour.
Add mix nuts (Almonds, Pistachio & Raisin or whatever you like), milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder and cook for another half hour.
Keep stir with masher spoon while cooking for about 45 minutes.
Garnish with Almonds or Pistachio.
