• Frozen Kofte
  • 4-5 Medium Potatoes
  • Water As Required
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Small Cup Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • Fresh Coriander


In pot, add oil, cumin seeds and roast.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry

Add onion (make paste in grinder) and fry until translucent

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, tomato (make paste in grinder) and cook until it leaves oil

Now add meatballs one by one and cook on low flame until it’s hard (DO NOT USE SPOON AT THIS STAGE) almost 5 minutes

Stir with pot handle (do not use spoon) and let it cook until it’s completely hard

Add potatoes, water (as much you want gravy) and cook on medium heat until potatoes are soft

Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes

Garnish with coriander and garam masala
