In grinder, add green chilies, mint leaves, coriander & lemon juice, make a paste and set a side.
In bowl, add chicken (cut into cubes), green paste, milk powder, salt, chili flakes, paprika, brown sugar, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, 1 tbsp cooking oil and mix it well.
Put foil or small steel plate, add burning coal, pour some oil and cover it to give smoke for 5 minutes and marinate for 1 hour.
Thread marinated chicken into wooden skewers.
On flat pan (tawa), add 1 tbsp oil, chicken skewers and cook one side for about 5 minutes.
Another side for 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
