  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 Large
  • Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 1 Tsp
  • Kari Patta (Bay Leaves) 3-4
  • Laung (Cloves) 1 Tsp
  • Bari Elaichi (Black Cardamom) 3
  • Badian Ka Phool (Star Anise) 1
  • Elaichi (Cardamom) 4-5
  • Chicken (Mix Cut) 1 Kg
  • Adrak Lehsan Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Dar Cheeni (Cinnamon) 1 Stick
  • Imli (Turmarind) 1 Tbsp
  • Sukha Aloo Bukhara (Dry Plum) 4-5
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Large
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 3-4
  • Lal Mirch (Red Chili Powder) 1-1/2 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste or 1-1/2 Tsp
  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Mix Achar 2-3 Tbsp
  • Basmati Rice 2 Cups
  • Pani (Water) 4 Cups
  • Food Color (Saffron) 1/2 Tsp
