• Samosa Dough
  • 3 Tbsp Semolina (Fried in 2 Tbsp Ghee)
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-8 Pistachio
  • 4-5 Almonds
  • 8-10 Raisins
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Sliced Coconut


In bowl, add semolina, sugar, pistachio, almonds, raisins, cardamom powder, sliced coconut and mix it.

Wet your hands with water and knead dough again.

Take a small dough, make a ball and coat in dry flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin

Put semolina filling in center and turn it over to edge and seals the edges with hand or fork.

In wok, heat oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
