Ingredients:

  • Frozen Karelay (Frozen Bitter Gourd/ Melon) 1/2 Kg
  • Aloo  (Potato – Boiled) 2 Medium
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 3 Medium
  • Pyaz (Onion) 4-5
  • Lehsan Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 1 Tbsp
  • Dhaniya (Coriander)
  • Sabz Mirch (Green Chilies) 2-3
  • Achar/ Keri (Pickle)
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 2-3
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 2 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste
  • Lal Mich Powder (Red Chili Powder) 2 Tsp
  • Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) 2 Tsp
  • Bhuna Kuta Zeera (Roasted Crushed Cumin Seeds) 2 Tsp
  • Haldi (Turmeric Powder) 1/2 Tsp
  • Tail (Oil) 1/2 Cup

Directions:

In wok, add oil, onion and fry until translucent.

Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chili flakes, coriander powder, roasted crushed cumin seeds/ powder and cook for 10 minutes.

Add pickle, frozen bitter gourd (karela), boiled potatoes and cook for steam for 10 minutes.

Sprinkler coriander and enjoy!
