In wok, add oil, onion and fry until translucent.
Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chili flakes, coriander powder, roasted crushed cumin seeds/ powder and cook for 10 minutes.
Add pickle, frozen bitter gourd (karela), boiled potatoes and cook for steam for 10 minutes.
Sprinkler coriander and enjoy!
