• 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1-1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Sliced Coconut
  • Cashew Nut
  • Pistachio
  • Almonds
  • Raisin
  • 8-10 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Kewra Water
  • 1 Tsp Food Color


In pot, add water, sliced coconut, raisin, food color and wait for boil.

Once water boils, add rice and cook until rice cooked approx. 80%.

Strain the rice and set a site.

In another pot, add oil, green cardamom, cashew nut, pistachio, almonds and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar, 1/2 cup water, kewra water and wait for 1st boil and sugar to melt.

Add strained rice, carefully mix and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes until water dries off.

Cook on steam for 10-15 minutes and Enjoy!
