• 14 Chicken Pieces (Almost 4 Kgs)
  • 5-6 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 kg Yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 5 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Packet Tikka Masala
  • 3 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 3 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt To Taste or 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Small Cup Oil for Mixing & 1 cup while BBQ


In big bowl, add tikka masala, red chili powder, chili flakes, salt, garam masala powder, squeezed lemon, vinegar, ginger garlic paste and mix it properly.

Add chicken pieces and rub mixture on it properly one by one and remove chicken in separate tray or plate.

In same bowl (DO NOT CLEAN), add yogurt, 1 cup oil and mix it properly.

Add chicken pieces, rub it properly and marinate over night or at least 3-4 hours.

Heat the coal, put grill and put chicken over it.

BBQ until chicken is ready. Enjoy with friends and family.
