• Chicken Kaleji (Chicken Liver) 1/2 Kg
  • Chat Masala 1 Tsp
  • Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Chinese Namak (Chinese Salt) 1/2 Tsp
  • Food Color (Yellow) Pinch
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
  • Lehsen Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 1 Tbsp
  • Lemu (Lemon) 1
  • Tail (Oil) 3-4 Tbsp
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 3-4
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1/2



In bowl, add chicken liver, red chili, chat masala, coriander powder, Chinese salt, food color, salt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, mix it and marinate over night or at least 1-2 hours.


In flat pan, add oil, marinated chicken liver and cook until it changes color.

Add sliced lemon and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add green chilies, onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
