In bowl, add ground beef, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, dry pomegranate seeds, chili flakes, garam masala powder, salt, flour, mango powder, egg, meat tenderizer, mix it and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Before frying add tomatoes, mix well. Make patty and fry each side for 4-5 min on low flame until it done. Avoid turning sides in between.
Serve with ketchup or raita.
