Directions:

  • Keema (Ground Beef) 1/2 Kg
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 Medium
  • Adrak (Ginger) 1 Tbsp
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 2-3
  • Lehsen (Garlic) 1 Tbsp
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Medium
  • Anar Dana (Dry Pomegranate Seeds) 1 Tbsp
  • Sabut Dhaniya (Coriander Seeds) 1 Tbsp
  • Kut Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1-1/2 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste
  • Atta (Flour) 2-4 Tbsp
  • Aamchor Powder (Mango Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Anda (Egg) One
  • Meat Tenderizer 1 Tsp
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

In bowl, add ground beef, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, dry pomegranate seeds, chili flakes, garam masala powder, salt, flour, mango powder, egg, meat tenderizer, mix it and marinate for 1-2 hours.

Before frying add tomatoes, mix well. Make patty and fry each side for 4-5 min on low flame until it done. Avoid turning sides in between.

Serve with ketchup or raita.
