For Dough:

  • Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1-1/2 Cup
  • Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Tbsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Tbsp
  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Neem Garam Pani (Lukewarm water) As Required

For Chicken:

  • Chicken Breast 1/2
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Tikka Masala 1/2 Tbsp
  • Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Lehsen Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 1 Tsp

For Pizza Sauce:

  • Oil 1/2 Tbsp
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 Cloves
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 Small
  • Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  • Tomato Paste 1 Tbsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1-1/2 Tsp
  • Pani (Water) As Required


  • Mozzarella Cheese 1 Cup or To Taste
  • Shimla Mirch (Capsicum) To Taste
  • Pyaz (Onion) To Taste
  • Jalapeño To Taste
  • Black & Green
  • Olives (Sliced) To Taste


For Dough:

In bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and mix it.

Add yogurt, oil, lukewarm water gradually to make dough and let is rest on room temperature for 1/2 hour

For Chicken:

In bow, add chicken, yogurt, tikka masala and mix it.

In frying pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, chicken and cook until chicken is done.

For Pizza Sauce:

In frying pan, add oil, chopped garlic, onion, ketchup, tomato paste, red chili flakes, some water and cook for 2-5 minutes.

Can be store for up to 1 week in refrigerator and 1 month in freezer.


Grease hands with oil and knead dough again.

On working surface, sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.

Heat flat pan, place rolled dough and prick with fork

Cover and cook on very low flame for 2-3 minutes then flip carefully and cook other side for 3 minutes.

Grease with oil and flip again then turn off the flame.

Add and spread prepared pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, onion, capsicum, black & green olives and jalapeño.

Turn on the flame, cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 8 minutes).

Cut into slices & serve!
