For Kofta:

  • 1/2 Kg Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 Bunch Coriander
  • 3 Tbsp Gram Flour (Roasted)
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt or To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Oil For Frying

For Rice:

  • Lemon
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander
  • 1 Tomato
  • Green Chilies
  • Butter
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 2 Medium Onion (Fried)
  • 3 Boiled Potatoes (90% Boiled)
  • 1-1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 2 Pinch Food Color
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Biryani Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 3 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Tsp Chinese Salt (Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Raisin
  • 2-1/2 Cup Rice
