Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • 2 Fish Fillet
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Biryani Masala
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Powder
  • 2 Pinch or 1/2 Tsp Food Color
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • Star Anish
  • 3 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 7-8 Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Cup Yogurt

For Rice:

  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander
  • 4-5 Green Chilies
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Large Fried Onion
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 2 Cup Rice (Boiled)
  • Butter (Optional)
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder (Optional)
