Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Mutton
  • 1 Tsp Degi Red Chili
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala (Whole)
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 inch Ginger Piece
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Flour (Dry Roast)
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup Ghee
  • Water As Required

Directions:

In pot, add ghee, mutton, garam masala (whole), ginger & garlic paste and fry until mutton changes color.

Add onion, coriander powder, turmeric powder, degi red chili, garam masala powder, salt, 4 cups water and cook until mutton is tender.

Add Yogurt and cook on high heat until water dries off.

In bowl, add flour, water, mix it and make batter (set a side).

Add batter in mutton (use strainer) and cook on steam for 10-15 minutes

Garnish with sliced ginger, enjoy!
