Ingredients:

  • Iceberg Lettuce Half
  • Lal Band Gobi (Red Cabbage)
  • Shimla Mirch (Capsicum) Half
  • Boneless Chicken (Boiled & Shredded) 1 Chicken Breast
  • Aloo (Potato) 1 Medium
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Medium (Without Seeds)
  • Zaitoon Ka Tail (Olive Oil) 1 Tbsp
  • Kuti Kali Mirch (Crushed Black Pepper) 1/2 Tsp
  • Croutons 1 Cup
  • Ketchup 2 Tbsp
  • Hot Chili Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt/ Greek Yogurt) 2-3 Tbsp
  • Akhrot (Walnut) 80-100 Grams
  • Badam (Almonds) 80-100 Grams
  • Kaju (Cashew Nut)  80-100 Grams

Directions:

Chop the nuts and set aside.

Salad Dressing:

In small bowl, add ketchup, sweet/ hot chili sauce, mayonnaise, greek yogurt, olive oil, crushed black pepper and mix it well.

Salad:

In bowl, add shredded chicken, capsicum, red cabbage, ice berg, potato, tomatoes, croutons, walnut, almonds, cashew nut, salad dressing, mix it and enjoy!
