• 250 Grams Green Chickpea
  • 1 Small Cup Oil
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • Chicken Stock As Required (Optional)
  • 4-5 Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes


In pot, add oil, cumin seeds and fry

Add onion and fry until translucent

Add cardamom, green chilies and fry for 2-3 minutes

Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red crushed chili, garam masala, salt, red chili powder, chicken stock and cook on low flame until tomatoes become soft (approx. 5-6 minutes)

Add green chickpea and cook until it’s 80% soft

Add 1 glass water and cook until it’s completely soft

Add rice and cook on high flame until water dries off

Now cook on steam for 10-12 minutes
