Ingredients:

  • Baguette (Fench Long Bread) One Bread
  • Zaitoon Ka Tail (Olive Oil) 2 Tbsp
  • Ajmood (Parsley) 2-3 Tbsp Chopped
  • Makhan (Butter) 2 Tbsp
  • Jalapeno & Olives (Optional)
  • Lehsen (Garlic) 6 Cloves
  • Mozzarella Cheese  To Taste

Directions:

Slice bread diagonally

Take butter, add chopped garlic and parsley (If you are taking fresh parsley, chop it and then add to the butter). Mix well until all are combined.

TIP: Garlic can be used in chopped form or you can grind it as well, it is as per liking. If you like it chunky than chop, if you like it in paste form than grind to a paste and then add to butter.

spread garlic butter and then add cheese generously.

Add any topping/ garlic/ butter paste e.g.: jalapeños, corn, chopped onion, boiled shredded chicken, chili flakes or any Italian seasoning as per liking and so on.

Add mozzarella cheese.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

Bake garlic bread slices for 8-10 minutes and serve.
