Ingredients:

  • Sarson Ka Saag 2-1/2 kg
  • Palak (Spinach) 1 kg
  • Haldi (Turmeric Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 2-1/2 Tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1-1/2 Tbsp or To Taste
  • Atta (Flour) 2 Tbsp
  • Lehsan (Ginger) 8-10 Cloves
  • Desi Ghee (Ghee) 3-4 Tbsp
  • Pani (Water) 1, 1-1/2 Litre
