1st Marination:

  • Whole Chicken  (Without Skin) 1.25 Kg
  • Limu Ka Rus (Lemon Juice) 2
  • Zaitoon Ka Tail (Olive Oil) 2 Tbsp
  • Food Color (Red and Yellow) Pinch
  • Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1/2 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1/2 Tsp
  • Peprika 1 Tsp

2nd Marination:

  • Garam Masala Powder 2 Tsp
  • Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) 2 Tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Kashmiri Mirch Powder (Kashmiri Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp
  • Chat Masala 1 Tsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Tbsp
  • Adrak Lehsen Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 2 Tbsp
  • Zaitoon Ka Tail (Olive Oil) 2 Tbsp


1st Marination:

In bowl, add food color, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil and mix it.

Add whole chicken, rub it well/ mix it and set a site for 15—20 minutes

2nd Marination:

In small bowl, add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, olive oil, garam masala, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili, salt, coriander powder, chat masala and mix it.

Add mixture into chicken, mix it well and marinate over night in fridge.

Now put chicken in baking tray, cover with foil and bake at 250° C for 1 hour.

After 1 hour remove foil and bake for another half hour.
