Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken Leg Pcs (1/2 Kg Almost)
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 Tsp Tikka Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 Bunch Coriander & 2-4 Green Chilies (Paste)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Coal for smoke

Directions:

In bowl, add yogurt, oil, grinded paste (coriander & green chilies), lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, tikka masala and mix it.

Add chicken legs, mix it properly and marinate over night or 3-4 hours.

In frying pan, add marinated chicken (including remaining mixture) and cook on low heat until chicken is tender

Once chicken is tender then cook on high flames to dry all remaining mixture, it should take 3-5 minutes.

Now turn off the stove, make make small aluminum foil or use small steel bowl, heat coal on stove, put inside frying (inside chicken), pour 1 tbsp oil over it and cover it for 5 minutes.

Take chicken leg and give a little burn on stove (make sure do not over burn) for little golden brown color and you are good to go.
