In pot, add oil, chopped onion, salt and fry until translucent
Add tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.
Add mutton, dry fenugreek leaves and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add 2 glass of water and cook until mutton is done.
Add green chilies, coriander and steam cook for 3-5 minutes.
