Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 250 Grams Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1-1/2 Bunch Coriander,
  • 1/2 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • 8-10 Green Chilies

Directions:

In frying pan/ pot, add oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute

Add chicken and fry until it changes color

Add garam masala powder, red crushed chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, 4-5 tbsp water, grinded mixture (green chilies, coriander, mint leaves) and cook for 5-10 minutes

Add yogurt and cook on steam for 10-15 minutes
