In pressure cooker, add onion, mix garam masala (whole) and fry until translucent.
Add green chilies and fry for 1-2 minutes,
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, 3-4 tbsp water, mix it well and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add bottle gourd and cook for 10 minutes.
Add split chickpea, 3/4 to 1 glass water and cook on pressure for 10 minutes.
Add coriander and enjoy!
