Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • Fresh Coriander
  • 8-10 Green Chilies
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Poppy Seed (Khas-Khas)
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1-/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 2-3 Tbsp Gram Flour

Directions:

In chopper, add onion, green chilies, coriander, chop it and keep aside.

In bowl, add ground beef (mince), chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, garam masala, chili flakes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, 1 egg, poppy seeds (khashkas) and mix it properly.

Now add ground flour in same bowl/ mixture and mix it as well and keep it on room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Put some oil your palm and make meatballs (kafta).

Pull all meatballs in plate or tray and keep them in freezer for 3-4 hours.

Once meatballs are hard then you can put them in storage bags or shopping bag to store them.

TIP: You can store them unto 1 month and then whenever you want to make any gravy or rice then you can use them immediately.
