Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 5 Green Chilies
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Bunch Coriander
  • Ginger (Sliced)
  • 1 Small Cup Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Karahi Masala
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp Yogurt (Mix With 4 Tbsp Water)
  • 4 Onions
  • Salt To Taste

Directions:

In wok, add oil, onion and fry until translucent

Add ginger garlic paste and fry

Add chicken, mix it and fry until it’s white

Add homemade karahi masala, salt and cook for 1-2 minutes

Add tomatoes, green chilies and cook for another 1-2 minutes

Now add yogurt, mix it and cook on low heat until chicken is soft

Garnish with ginger julienne and coriander, enjoy!
