• 1 Tbsp Dry Coriander (Roasted)
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds (Roasted)
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Hot Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala


In grinding jar, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and grind them.

In bowl, add this mixture, dried fenugreek leaves, chat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red crushed chili, hot paprika and mix it.

It can save unto 1-2 months in air tight jar.

With this quantity, it is enough for 2 kg karahi.
