Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Cup Bulgur
  • 2/3 Cup Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Split Red Lentils
  • 1/2 Cup White Lentils
  • 3 Cup Split Chickpea
  • 5 Glass Water
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1-1/2 Cumin Seeds
  • Water As Required
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • 2 Fried Onions
  • Bunch of Coriander
  • 5-6 Green Chilies
  • 3 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Salt or To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 Cup Ghee
  • Chicken Stock (Strained)
