  • Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp
  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Kashmiri Chili) 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 Tbsp
  • Biryani Masala 2 Tbsp (Link in Description)
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tbsp or To Taste
  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) 1 Tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 1 Tsp
  • Badian Ke Phool (Star Anise) 2
  • Tali Hue Pyaz (Fried Onion) 1 Large
  • Kari Patta (Bay Leaves) 6-8
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Large
  • Dhania (Coriander) Handful
  • Pudina (Mint Leaves) Handful
  • Sukhi Methi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves) 1 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 Large
  • Adrak Lehsan Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 2 Tbsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup or 250 Grams

  • Kishmish (Raisin) 1 Tbsp Optional
  • Cooking Oil 3-4 Tbsp
  • Basmati Rice 1 Kg
  • Ghee 1 Cup
