Tomato Raita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Cups
  • Cooking Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 1 Tsp
  • Rai (Mustard Seeds) 1/2 Tsp
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Large
  • Namak (Salt) 1/2 Tsp or To Taste
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Tsp
  • Dhania (Coriander) 2 Tbsp
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 1

Tarka:

  • Cooking Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Zeera (Cumin) 2 Pinch
  • Rai (Mustard Seeds) 1  Pinch
  • Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red Chili) 1
