Ingredients:

For Chicken Marination:

  • Whole Chicken (1-1/2 KG) (Without Skin)
  • 2-3 Tablespoon Yogurt
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Gram Flour (Dry Fried)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Food Color (Orange/ Saffron)
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Tikka Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Egg

For Rice:

  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Coriander
  • Mint Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Crushed Chili
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Coal
  • Orange Food Color (Mix With 1 Tablespoon Milk)
  • 1 Chicken Cube
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Lemon (1 lemon thin slices & 1 for chicken steam)
  • 1 Onion (Fried)
  • Water As Required
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • Onion Rings, Green Onion & Lemon for Garnishing
