Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Ground Meat (Mutton)
  • 250 Grams Bauhinia Variegata
  • 3 Medium Onions
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Seeds (Roasted & Crushed)
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • Salt To Taste
  • 4-5 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

Directions:

In pot, add oil, onion and fry until translucent

Add ginger garlic paste, mince, garam masala and fry for 2-4 minutes

Add salt, red crushed chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chili and again fry for 2-3 minutes

Now add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes becomes soft

Add bauhinia variegata (kachnar), mix it and cook on low flame 10-15 minutes
