  • 1 Potato & 2 Onions Chopped (Mixture For Pakoda)
  • 1-1/3 Cup Gram Flour for Pakoda (1 Cup for Kadhi / Curry)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seed
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Onion (For Tarka)
  • 4-5 Garlic Clove (For Tarka)
  • 4-5 Dry Red Chili (For Tarka)
  • 1 Onion (To Grind)
  • 4-5 Garlic Clove (To Grind)
  • 3-4 Green Chili (To Grind)
  • 2-3 Pieces Garlic (To Grind)
  • 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Fenugreek Leaves
  • Oil as Required
  • Water as Required
  • 1-1/2 Litre Butter Milk or 1 Kg Yogurt
