• Chicken 1 or 1 Kg
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste
  • Kuti Kali Mirch (Crushed Black Pepper) 1 Tsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Red Crushed Chili) 1 Tsp
  • Bhuna Kuta Sabut Dhaniya (Roasted & Crushed Coriander Seeds) 1 Tbsp
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 8-10
  • Lehsen Paste (Garlic Paste) 1 Tbsp
  • Dhaniya (Coriander) For Garnishing
  • Adrak (Ginger) Julienne
  • Oil 1 Cup (177 ml or 6 oz)
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Kg


In wok, add oil, chicken and fry until changes color

Add garlic paste and fry until golden brown (remove excess oil if needed)

Add salt, black crushed pepper, red crushed chili, roasted/ crushed coriander seeds and mix it.

Put tomatoes over chicken and steak cook for 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender

Now remove tomatoes skin, mix and cook on high flame until chicken is done

Add green chilies, julienne and cook for 1-2 minutes.
