  • 1/2 Kg Black Lentil (Mash Ki Dal)
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Small Cup Oil
  • Coriander & Green Chilies
  • 8-10 Dried Red Chilies Round
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumins Seeds & Black Pepper
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
