Easy and Quick Suji Ka Halwa Recipe | Halwai Jaisa Halwa


  • Ghee 2 Cups
  • Elaichi (Cardamom) 8-10
  • Suji (Semolina) 2 Cups
  • Pani (Water) 1 Litre
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
  • Food Color (Saffron) 2 Pinch
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 2 Cups
  • Kishmish (Raisin) Optional


In wok, add ghee, cardamom, semolina and fry for 10 minutes.

In 1 cup milk mix pinch of food color and set a side.

In wok, add raisin (optional) and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar, water, milk (mixed with food color) and cook for 10-15 minutes.
