Ingredients:

For Rice:

  • 2 Glass Rice (Approx. 1kg)
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Biryani Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to Taste or 1 Tbs
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4-5 Green Chilies
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Medium Potatoes
  • Water as Required
  • 1 Cup Oil

For Chatni:

  • Coriander & Mint Leaves
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
