  • Namak (Salt) To Taste or 2 Tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) To Taste or 1 Tbsp
  • Pani (Water) 1 Cup
  • Sabut Lal Mirch (Red Chili Round) 6-7
  • Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 Tbsp
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 6-8
  • Adrak (Ginger) 2 Inch Piece
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 250 Grams
  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) 1/2 Tsp
