In small bowl, add brown sugar, chili flakes hot paprika, salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, oregano, mix it well.
Add lime juice, honey, vinegar, olive oil, chili sauce, bbq sauce, soy sauce and mix it well.
In bowl, add chicken wings, mixture/ sauce and mix it well.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
