• Aloo (Potato) 3 Large
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1-1/2 Cup
  • Pizza Sauce 1 Cup
  • Sliced Blacked Olives To Taste
  • Oregano To Taste
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) To Taste
  • Jalapeno To Taste
  • Pyaz (Onion Rings) To Taste


Cut potatoes, heat cooking and fry potato fries until crispy.

In baking bowl (or frying pan if you are not baking), make layer, potato fries, mozzarella cheese, onion rings, pizza sauce, sliced black olives, chili flakes, jalapeño, again mozzarella cheese and bake at 180° degree until cheese melts (it should take 5-8 minutes.

You can also make this in normal frying pan and cook until cheese melts or in Microwave Oven.

Serve hot and Enjoy!
