• 250 Grams Dried Apricot (Soaked in Water)
  • 3 Tbsp Tamarind (Soaked in Water)
  • 1 Tbsp Chat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Cups Water


In pan, add dried apricot (with water), tamarind, water, red crushed chili, chat masala, sugar, salt, black pepper.

Mix it and cook on high flame until simmering

Then slow down heat on medium and cook until dried apricot becomes soft.

Now let it cool down little and grind

Take out in serving bowl or save for later use.
