Super Easy and Fast Sabudana Kheer Recipe


  • Doodh (Milk) 1-1/2 Litre
  • Kishmish (Raisin) 1 Tbsp
  • Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Sabudana (Tapioca) 1 Cup
  • Khopra (Coconut Desiccated) 2-3 Tbsp
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
  • Kewra Water 1 Tsp (Optional)


In wok, add milk, raisin, cardamom powder, tapioca (sabudana) and cook for 10 minutes.

Add coconut desiccated and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add sugar, kewra water (optional) and cook for 10 minutes more.

Tip: Keep stirring while cooking.
