  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  • Chinese Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 250 Grams
  • Lehsan Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 3 Tbsp
  • Limu (Lemon/ Lime) 1 Large or 2 Small
  • Cooking Oil 1 Cup
  • Zeera (Cumin) 1 Tsp
  • Curry Patta (Bay Leaves) 2-3
  • Dar Cheeni (Cinnamon Stick) 2 Inch Piece
  • Badian Ka Phool (Star Anise) 1
  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) 1 Tsp
  • Laung (Cloves) 8-10
  • Elaichi (Cardamom) 3-4
  • Bari Elaichi (Black Cardamom) 2
