- Tail (Oil) 3-4 Tbsp
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 Medium
- Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 2-3
- Tamatar (Tomato) 1 Small
- Shami Kabab 2
- Anday (Eggs) 3
- Dhaniya (Coriander)
- Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp
- Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper) 1/2 Tsp
- Namak (Salt) To Taste
- Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp
In wok, add onion and fry until translucent.
Add green chilies, tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add shami kabab, mash them and mix them properly.
Add chili flakes, black pepper, salt and cook until tomatoes becomes soft.
Add garam masala, eggs and cook on steam 2-5 minutes.
Mix it and Enjoy.
Serve with paratha, roti or naan.
