  • Laung (Cloves) 8-10
  • Dar Cheeni (Cinnamon) 1 Inch Piece
  • Jaifal Javitri (Mace Nutmeg) 1/2 Tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion Fried) 1 Large
  • Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) 2 Tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste or 2 Tsp
  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Kashmiri Red Chili) 1 Tbsp
  • Lal Mirch (Red Chili) 1 Tbsp
  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) 1/2  Tsp
