In pressure cooker, add cooking oil, mix garam masala and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry to 2-3 minutes.
Add mutton chops, onion, and fry until mutton chops changes color.
Add coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, salt, cardamom powder, garam masala powder and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
Add yogurt, chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add 1-1/2 Cup or as required water and pressure cook 5-7 minutes.
Add green chilies, coriander, Julien (ginger).
