In wok, add oil, cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute
Add onion and fry until it’s soft (do not change color), might take 1 minutes
Add black chickpea, chat masala, salt, red chili powder, green chilies, lemon juice, tamarind (without seeds, strained) and cook for 1-2 minutes
Add coriander, mint leaves, tomatoes, mix it and remove from stove.
Add boiled potatoes and mix it.
