Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Black Chickpea (Boiled)
  • 3 Potatoes (Boiled)
  • 2 Tbsp Tarmarind (Soaked in 5 Tbsp Water)
  • Coriander & Mint Leaves
  • 2 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Large Tomato (Without Seeds)
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Directions:

In wok, add oil, cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute

Add onion and fry until it’s soft (do not change color), might take 1 minutes

Add black chickpea, chat masala, salt, red chili powder, green chilies, lemon juice, tamarind (without seeds, strained) and cook for 1-2 minutes

Add coriander, mint leaves, tomatoes, mix it and remove from stove.

Add boiled potatoes and mix it.
